The new form of the invoice

According to the Application N 1 to the governmental order of Russian Federation from December 26, 2011 N 1137 the new form of the invoice used is entered at accounts under the value-added tax. The form will be applied from the moment of publication.
The upgrade of programs FOLIO WinStore of versions: 7.5 (Проф), 8.1, 8.2, in which the new form is given, is issued.

Termination of sale and support of programs FOLIO WinStore of versions 4 and 7.0 (base)

Since January 19, 2012 the sale and support of programs FOLIO WinStore of versions 4 and 7.0 (base) ceases.
The transition to high versions of programs is offered to the users of these versions: 7.5 (Prof) and 8 on extremely favourable conditions.

The new form of the way bill operating since July 25, 2011, is accessible in the"WinStore" program

Confirmations of expenditures on delivery of the goods will need the new way bill. She is indicated in the Application 4 to the new Rules of carriages of cargoes by motor transport (By the governmental order of Russian Federation from 15.04.11 № 272) and cardinally differs from the form 1-Т. The new form is complex enough(difficult enough) for filling. Is admitted, that the part of positions can not be filled in.

1. The form of the waybill

   In the ministry of the transport are sure, that the new way bill does not substitute by itself the unitized form 1-Т. You see first confirms rendering services on carriage (p. 1 item of 8 Federal laws from 08.11.07 № 259-ФЗ, item 6 of the Rules № 272), and second is necessary for the registration of movement(traffic) of the goods and expenditures on carriage (Instruction), conf. By the order of the State committee of statisticsof Russia from 28.11.97 № 78). However, the experts of the Ministry of finance are sure, that since July 25 the waybill under the form 1-Т does not operate. And the companies have the right to confirm delivery of the goods by one only by new way bill. Up to an output of official explanations it is more safe to have both waybills.

2. The nomenclature of the goods

   In the new way bill there are no lines for nomenclature numbers, code numbers, quantity, price and cost of the goods. It is necessary to result only characteristics of a cargo as a whole - shipping name, quantity of places, weight and sizes, sort of container and т. д. But the new string for declared cost of the goods has appeared. It fill in that at shortage or damage of the goods on fault of the carrier to calculate the sum of reimbursing of damage (p. 7 items 34 laws № 259-ФЗ, item 12 of the Rules № 272). It is more safe, that cost in this string completely coincided with the price designated in the consignment note. Differently there is a risk of dispute with налоговиками concerning validity of expenditures.

3. Signatures

   Accepting the order for delivery of the goods to fulfilment, the carrier puts printing and signature in section 9"the Information on acceptance of the order (application) to fulfilment". At loading both outswapping of the goods the supplier and buyer put of printing and signature accordingly in sections 6" Reception(trick) of a cargo" and 7" Delivery of a cargo". Besides the supplier and carrier the signatures of the sides"undersign for section 16" Date of compilation, confirming thereby fact of rendering of transportation services and their cost (item 9 of the Rules № 272). All these signatures in the document are mandatory.

4. Quantity of copies

   The new form print out in triplicate - supplier, carrier and buyer (item 9 of the Rules № 272). Each copy is required to be enumerated, for this purpose in the waybill there is a separate string. But whom and what concrete copy достанется, the value has no. Main, that they were for all three sides.

5. The additional properties

   The companies have the right to supplement the waybill by the lines and sections. In the Rules № 272 prohibitions of this score no. It confirms the ministry of the transport of Russia. Moreover, if necessary it is possible to make modifications and to its mandatory properties. For example, to provide, that in section 16 as the customer not the consigner, and consignee could appear.

6. The empty strings

   The strings can be empty, if the information for their filling for the company no. In such cases it is enough to deliver deletes. So, if the carrier and customer did not stipulate particular covenants of carriage, the deletes put in all strings of the unit 8 of "Condition of carriage". Then the common order of carriages fixed in the law № 259-ФЗ (item 11 of the Rules № 272) is by default applied.

Initial inventory - new method WMS - system of FOLIO

In addition to available in FOLIO WMS methods of inventory with usage of a wireless terminal, the system is supplemented by a new method - initial inventory.
The purpose of such inventory - fixing of allocation of the goods in cells at the moment of organization of a warehouse, i.e. prior to the beginning any of movement in a warehouse. It is supposed, that the data on the goods already are contained in the database, i.e., at least, the quick reference of the goods is filled.

The task of the operator - to indicate a bar code of cell, bar code or code number of the goods and his(its) quantity. The data entry is carried out with the help of the scanner of a wireless terminal or screen keyboard. Each of entered bar codes (cells and goods) or code number of the goods is checked by the server on availability of the data about him.

If necessary of choice of the consignment the list yet not participating in movement(traffic) on current cell of consignments is offered. After quantity input of the goods located in инвентаризируемой to cell result are highlighted in the tabulared form.

Upon termination of inventory the data depart on the server, where will be converted to the document about moving to the indicated cells. After confirmation by the operator of results of inventory of the item of information about inventory register in the database.

We shall remind, that up to the present moment the inventory was conducted under orders of the operator and had for an object not only to determine the actual rest in cells, but also to place mismatch of the available data about a current status of a warehouse. The way of execution of inventory was formed by the operator under the following possible scripts, when inventory is going for:

• one goods;
• group of the goods or all goods;
• one cell;
• structure of cells or all cells;
• empty cells and goods with the zero rest;
• nonblank cells and goods with the non-zero rest.

The formed task for inventory is arranged between the employees and is transmitted to them on wireless terminals. After completion by the employee of the part of the task, it transmits on the server and is highlighted as a result of execution of the task in the registry of the tasks.

After completion of inventory by all employees participating in the task, it receives the status fulfilled, on it(him) the automatic adjustment of the database is made, the stocks on hand in cells are lead up up to actual, thus the summary data on shortage and excesses are formed.

The new installer of the FOLIO programs

The new installer of the FOLIO programs, recommended for installation of our programs on all new operating systems (OS): MS Windows 7, MS Windows Server 2008 and future OS is issued. The procedure of installation is as much as possible simplified and does not require qualification of person, making it. The installation of the free server MS SQL Server Express 2008 R2 is switched on in structure of the installer.

With the help of this installer the following products of FOLIO are already installed:" WinStore PROF";"WinStore TradeHall ";" WMS (LogisticStore)". Each of the indicated products can be installed in the arbitrary configuration, including with possibility of installation of special branch versions: Alco and Farm.

As soon as possible installer will be supplemented by other programs of FOLIO: SCM, CRM, WinМаркет.
Besides essential simplification of the installation procedure of the program, the installer automatically installs the complete rights on folders of a client place (is urgent for operating system above ХР). Furthermore, now initial installation of the server and creation of base does not need installation of the Manager and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Backward Compatibility Components on the computer - server.
